Wolfsburg's Edin Dzeko was the priority in Turin, but with the Germans wanting a
cash only €40million deal Juventus have retracted their interest. Luigi
Del Neri has decided to keep Diego, who is slowly finding his feet, and
file a move for Adebayor.
Mario Balotelli's widely expected move
to City has left Roberto Mancini with little room to juggle an array of
top strikers at his disposal, and the Togolese hitman has been tipped to
leave.
City have given permission for Adebayor to find a new
team for next season based on a loan move. The Citizens want between
€2-3m for the loan and they will give Juventus the option to buy him at
€17m.
However, Juventus are having second thoughts over Adebayor's €5.5m per annum salary.
Meanwhile, Tuttomercatoweb.com
claims David Trezeguet has rejected a lucrative offer from Fenerbahce.
The Turkish side were offering €10m wages spread across three seasons,
but the Frenchman has reportedly declined to take them up on their
offer. http://www.goal.com/en/news/11/transfer-zone/2010/07/26/2042259/juv... ..............................
