Carlos Tevez 'not ruling out transfer to Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs or Chelsea'

Carlos Tevez is not ruling out staying in England when he eventually engineers a move away from Manchester City, with sources close to the player suggesting he would be interested in joining Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or Liverpool.
