Adebayor completes Man City switch ( การย้ายทีมบายอร์เสร็จสิ้นแล้ว)
Arsenal striker Emmanuel Adebayor has completed his 22 million pound move to Manchester City - but has shocked his former club over a loyalty bonus dispute.
According to British newspaper, The Daily Mirror, Adebayor is adamant he is due two million pounds from the London club as he did not put in an official transfer request.
The move from the player, who becomes Mark Hughes' third major signing of the summer, will shock Arsenal fans after it was his apparent lack of commitment to the club that has led to his transfer to Eastlands.
Adebayor, who will earn an incredible 170,000 per week at City, is reported to have said goodbye to his Arsenal team-mates and staff at the side's training ground on Friday. He then travelled to Manchester to finalise the paperwork needed to complete the deal.
It has also been reported that although the striker's wages will be double what he was earning at the Emirates, he is still determined to get his hands on a final pay day from Arsenal.
It is believed Arsenal completed the deal while Adebayor was on holiday, leaving him shocked.
He even went so far as to threaten to refuse to join City after being told a fee had been agreed for him and that he had to leave.
But it is thought he later relented after realising he had no future at Arsenal.
