แต่โดนชีคสั่งระงับการขายด่วนในคืนที่ผ่านมา จากเรื่องวุ่นๆทั้งหมด Robinho ก็เลยไม่ได้ลงแต่มานั่งข้างสนามแทน

หนังสือพิมพ์ Marca ในสเปนลงว่า Barca เสนอราคาเข้ามา 40 ล้านยููููโรและน่าแปลกใจที่ Hughes ก็ยินยอมให้นักเตะย้ายได้
แต่เมื่อคืนนี้ท่านชีคเจ้าของแมนซิตี้มีคำสั่งด่วนระงับการขายและปฎิเสธข้อเสนอซื้อของ Barca ทั้งหมด

Reports in Spain today have claimed that Manchester City have knocked back Barcelona in their bid to sign Brazilian attacker Robinho.

Spanish newspaper Marca is among many papers to run the story that Barca bid 40 million euros after Pep Guardiola targeted Robinho as the final player to bring to the club this summer.

Surprisingly, Mark Hughes was happy to allow the Brazilian to return to Spanish football but last night City's owner, Sheikh Mansour, rejected Barcelona's bid for Robinho.

To add further fuel to the rumours, Robinho started Sunday's Premier League match at Portsmouth on the bench.
