Roberto Mancini has offered Carlos Tevez an olive branch by insisting he will return to the Manchester City team if he apologises for his refusal to warm-up.
The Argentina star is threatening to sue Mancini after the boss accused him of refusing to play at Bayern Munich earlier this season.

At the time, Mancini insisted Tevez was finished at the Barclays Premier League leaders.
Yet, at a subsequent meeting at Mancini's home, Tevez was told he would be reintegrated into his first-team squad but only on his manager's terms.
The City boss told Tevez he must apologise privately and publicly to him as well as club chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak.
And despite Tevez training on his own since his two-suspension came to an end, the Italian continues to leave the door open to the controversial striker.
Olive branch: Roberto Mancini wants Tevez to apologise
In an interview with Corriere Della Sera, Mancini said: 'Everything depends on Carlos. If he apologises to the squad and to me then everything will be as before.
'If he doesn't then Tevez has a value that everyone knows and something will happen in January. He is totally unprepared and being badly advised.
'I don't want it to be like this and I would be the first to forgive him.'
Mancini dismissed claims that Tevez would be offered to Napoli in exchange for fellow Argentinian Ezequiel Lavezzi. He said: 'No-one from City will be given away.'

Tevez's agent Kia Joorabchian has already admitted that the 27-year-old would welcome a move to another Premier League club.
'His family are now living in England, so he’s quite happy and settled,' Joorabchian told the Daily Mirror.
'What a player he would be on loan but I think his wages are going to be a problem for anyone to take him. It's going to be a massive club only that can pay him £200,000 a week.'
Mancini also told the Italian newspaper about how he had managed to turn City around in the two years he has been there.
He said: 'Slowly, slowly we have introduced a new mentality at City and we have also looked at the diet (fatty foods are out while olive oil and pasta are in thanks to his Italian chef), rules and training.'

The former Inter Milan boss admitted that at first many at the club had grumbled about the new regime but he added: 'If you don't work hard you don't win. Now the players have one day off a week - every now and then.
'With the FA Cup win everything clicked into place, attitudes changed and it was a real leap in quality. The small things make a big difference.'
Mancini also described how much he was enjoying living in England - especially as he had now been joined by his wife Federica and their children.
He said: 'It's a solid country even with a crisis it works well. I don't give a damn about the climate and I miss reading the paper in a bar with a cappuccino but these are small details.
'How can you criticise a place where rules are respected, everyone queues and everyone parks in a proper space.'
When it was pointed out that Mario Balotelli occasionally finds himself in trouble, Mancini joked: 'Mario is not English. My two sons are the same age as Mario and they have helped me to communicate with him.
'I have known him since he was a lad. I launched his career at Inter and I wanted him here with me at City. He senses my trust. He is always very polite - let's not forget he is 21 years old and it's not easy to be an icon. He is a little particular but that is his strength.
'Technically he does not have to envy anyone but he does need to improve his attitude. One day he will return to Italy but not for a few years - playing at City will do him good. In the summer we had lots of interest from him from Italian clubs

The striker was fined two week's wages after being found guilty of five breaches of contract relating to his actions at Bayern Munich in the Champions League.
But Mancini told the Italian press: "Everything depends on Carlos. If he apologises to the squad and to me then everything will be as before."
Mancini added: "I don't want it to be like this and I would be the first to forgive him."

กะบอกแล้วงาย ว่า คนบางคนขอโทษเพื่อให้มีโอกาส แต่คนบางคนยอมเสียโอกาสเพียงแค่ไม่อยากพูดคำว่าขอโทษ^^
